The Eleven is a plant-lover’s dream accommodation that’s situated in the beautiful Plettenberg Bay along the Garden Route in the Western Cape.
Here we have our family guest unit – which is ready to welcome visitors from all walks of life. Upon arrival, you’ll find safe off-street parking on our property for a maximum of 2 vehicles at a time. You’ll then be guided to a forest-filled courtyard that serves as an entrance to our family / group unit and our upstairs couple’s unit.
The courtyard holds the doorway to your unit and leads to a comfortable and cosy interior that exudes a fresh and airy feel. Our family / group unit has been purposefully decorated to make our accommodation and our guests feel calm and relaxed. We have plant-filled interiors and exterior areas that are rich in lush and lavish houseplants.
Our family / group unit and can host up to 6 people comfortably. It’s a centrally located three-bedroom holiday apartment and it’s the ideal place to stay if you’re travelling as a family or a group of people wanting to explore our beautiful Plettenberg Bay.

GROUP UNIT bed and bathroom
The bedrooms have been decorated with soft white linen and a modern ocean theme. We have used natural tones and subtle contemporary décor to create a lovely ambience. Each room in our family unit guarantees privacy while you unwind after a long day exploring the 11 Best Plettenberg Bay Sights (link to article). In the master bedroom, we have a comfortable queen-sized bed with lots of storage space for long stay holiday rentals. The main bedroom and double bedroom overlook the garden while the kid’s bedroom (our bunkbed bedroom) is situated on the quiet side of the unit to make sure that the young ones get a restful night’s sleep.
The main bathroom features both a shower and a tub for soaking in – which is a blissful way to unwind after a day at one of the 11 Best Beaches in Plettenberg Bay (link to article). This bathroom is shared by the master bedroom and the double-bed bedroom. We’ve used lush hanging plants to fabricate a feel-good mood in this space – which is a great way to start and end your day. Our kids / bunkbed bathroom has a shower and offers an additional bathroom facility to all of the guests.
While staying at the Eleven, you can delight in knowing that we provide our guests with soft bath towels and complimentary amenities in the bathrooms.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is a contemporary, light-filled space complete with exposed wooden shelves and modern subway tiles that line the walls. There’s also plenty of storage space if you are looking for a long-term holiday rental. The area has been fully equipped to meet the self-catering accommodation needs of guests. There is enough workspace to practice some culinary expertise whilst staying at The Eleven holiday rental – or, you can also enjoy a meal in from one of the 11 Best Restaurants in Plettenberg Bay.
DINING ROOM
The kitchen and dining room create an open plan area so that guests can be a part of the cooking experience whilst relaxing at the table. The room is full of different textures and elements that pull together to create the perfect atmosphere for dining and family games while staying in Plettenberg Bay. In the dining room, we have a pear-wood table that we absolutely love! The wood and greenery add to the warmth of the room and once again – these subtle elements pull the kitchen and dining area together.
LIVING ROOM
The living room has been designed for relaxation and boasts a flat-screen television and an indoor fireplace to warm up at on a cold Plettenberg Bay day. The sliding doors flow into a private courtyard that gives the accommodation an interesting “inside-out” feel. Plants fill the bookshelves and our book swop area is well-stocked so that you can sit back and read while enjoying this serene area.
OUTSIDE ENTERTAINMENT AREA
From the dining area, guests will also be able to enjoy a private garden and courtyard where they can indulge in an outdoor meal.
This is our personal favourite space in unit 1. Here you can treat yourself to a braai (BBQ) on a summer’s day or you can wake up to an outside breakfast when the weather’s good. It’s the perfect place to just BREATHE and centre yourself after a busy day exploring Plettenberg Bay!
The area is lush with greenery and it also has a small grass area for kids to play while staying at The Eleven, Plettenberg Bay.

We absolutely love plants!
Our love for lush nature is what inspired us to fill our guest accommodation with greenery so that the end result is a forest-like feel that leaves our visitors feeling refreshed (and hopefully inspired).
Like most plant enthusiasts, we started small. But, as any avid plant-lover knows, once you start building your collection – it’s very hard to stop!
Luckily, our apartments are adorned with lots of natural light and the plants thrive in their environment. It’s all very welcoming!
